It is sized to be placed over the sink or range to increase the amount of working space in the kitchen— and features approximately 600 square inches of surface area! The deep juice groove along the edge of the carving board collects any excess run-off during food prep. The collection well with pour spout allows for juices to be easily poured into a pot or container for use in cooking. When flipped over, the board provides a gigantic flat surface for use as a noodle board for rolling dough. It can also be used as an extra-large charcuterie board to serve a mountainous amount of cheese, meat, fruit, nuts and more. It's wonderful for both prepping and serving food during Thanksgiving, Christmas and other holiday feasts.
